Bounty Rum

Bounty Rum, known locally as “The Spirit of Saint Lucia,” is the flagship rum of St. Lucia Distillers, established in 1972 and produced in the Roseau Valley. Built as a true island workhorse, Bounty offers a full, program-ready range, from clean, mixable white and gold styles to richer dark and spiced expressions.

The house style leans traditionally Lucian: molasses-based rum with a dependable core profile and enough weight to stand up in cocktails, especially in tropical and high-volume formats where the rum has to show up and do its job. Across the lineup, the focus is consistency, mixability, and an authentic Caribbean character that reads premium in the glass while staying realistic for premium-well placement.
