Calirosa Tequila

Calirosa is a tequila project backed by Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, in partnership with the multigenerational Real family. Its signature is “Rosa Tequila,” a style defined by 100% agave tequila aged in red wine barrels, which naturally brings a pink hue and a subtle red-fruit lift to classic tequila structure.

Rather than leaning on added flavor, Calirosa gets its character from process: traditionally cooked Blue Weber Agave, distilled with an emphasis on purity, then finished in red wine barrels, including select California cooperage. The result is a tequila that stays Agave-forward, but with a softer texture and a distinctive aromatic profile that sets it apart on a backbar and in cocktails.
