Champagne Collet

Champagne Collet is a historic house based in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, founded in 1921 and closely tied to the grower-cooperative tradition through COGEVI, the oldest operating Champagne cooperative. Collet’s identity leans gastronomic (it is favored by Jacques Pépin and The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs) and structured, shaped by the depth and power associated with Aÿ Pinot Noir, lifted by Chardonnay-driven finesse and careful reserve-wine blending.

The style is deliberately classic: refined texture, savory detail and a composed finish, built to perform at the table as naturally as it does as an apéritif.
