Château Seraphine

Château Séraphine is a small, precision-minded Pomerol estate run by a father-daughter team, with Martin Krajewski as proprietor and Charlotte "Lolly" Krajewski as winemaker. The vineyards sit on classic Pomerol geology, including deep gravel and sand, with sections that feature the appellation’s famed blue clay, a dense, water-retentive soil associated with some of the region’s most sensuous, ageworthy wines.

The style is unapologetically serious: Merlot at the center, supported by Cabernet Franc, delivering polished texture, dark-fruited depth, and savory complexity rather than overt sweetness or easy softness. Château Séraphine is built for luxury programs that want Right Bank authenticity and a modern level of precision, with the scale and scarcity that make Pomerol feel special.
