Clos Cantenac

Clos Cantenac is a small St.-Émilion Grand Cru estate run as a father-daughter project, with Martin Krajewski overseeing the vision and his daughter, Charlotte "Lolly" Krajewski, leading as technical director and winemaker. Set on deep gravels, sand and clay over limestone, the focus is classic Right Bank character: Merlot-led reds with structure, polish and a clear sense of place.

Vineyard work is deliberately low-impact, including cover crops and a disciplined, sustainable approach to inputs and yields. In the cellar, the goal is precision over cosmetics, preserving fruit integrity and balance.

Alongside its benchmark St.-Émilion Rouge, Clos Cantenac has also become a reference-point for serious Bordeaux Rosé with L’Exubérance, a Merlot-based, gastronomic style that has earned consistent critical praise.
