Admire by Dan Kosta

Admire is Dan Kosta’s focused Pinot Noir project, created to explore site-driven expressions of the Sonoma Coast. Built on a classic, restraint-first sensibility; the wines emphasize balance, nuance, and clarity of place over sheer weight or overt winemaking signatures.

This is a Pinot-only winery with a Burgundy-informed perspective. The style sits in a “villages” lane: polished without feeling showy, expressive without becoming heavy-handed, and structured enough to read as serious while remaining vibrant and accessible.

Admire works especially well in premium by-the-glass programs, where pedigree and precision matter, and where a domestic Pinot with clear identity can earn repeat pours.
