Convene by Dan Kosta is a Northern California project focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a more “cru-level” sensibility, built around elevated vineyard sourcing and a polish that stays disciplined. Founded by Dan Kosta in collaboration with longtime winemaker Shane Finley, Convene is shaped by an Old World mindset applied to California’s best coastal and cool-climate sites.

The Pinot Noir leans layered and composed, with detail and structure that reads serious without feeling heavy-handed. The Chardonnay follows the same philosophy, emphasizing balance, texture, and integration rather than overt sweetness or oak. Convene is a natural fit where the list calls for domestic wines with presence and pedigree, delivered with restraint.
