Led by Millennial European-American president Charlotte Holl, the brand is built around Limoux’s cool, elevated vineyards in the south of France, a historic sparkling region known for freshness and lift.

Crémant de Limoux is defined by Traditional Method winemaking and a blend centered on Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, with limited allowances for Pinot Noir and Mauzac, resulting in sparkling wines that deliver fine texture and composed, food-friendly structure. Faire la Fête leans into that identity with extended lees aging and a clean, precise profile that works equally well as an apéritif, a cocktail ingredient, or at the table.
