Gem & Bolt Mezcal

Gem & Bolt is an Artesanal Mezcal from Oaxaca made with 100% Espadín and a deliberately clean, modern profile that keeps Agave at the center. Traditional production choices drive the character: pit-roasted Agave, tahona milling, natural fermentation, and small-still distillation that preserves texture and clarity.

Its defining twist is Damiana, a traditional Mexican herb introduced during distillation. Damiana is often discussed in herbal tradition for its aromatic and ... 'uplifting' associations, but here its role is purely sensory: it adds a subtle botanical layer that reads herbal and floral rather than sweet or flavored. The result is an approachable, cocktail-capable Mezcal with restrained smoke, bright Agave character, and a distinctive aromatic signature.
