Harvey’s Bristol Cream is a classic international Cream Sherry, created in 1882 and still defined by its smooth, richly layered style. Built as a blend of multiple Sherry types aged in solera, it delivers a rounded profile of dried fruit, toasted nuts, and gentle caramelized notes, with enough freshness to stay balanced rather than cloying.
It is a natural fit for low-ABV cocktail programs and Sherry-forward classics, where texture and sweetness can add depth without overpowering a drink. Harvey’s is also traditionally enjoyed simply, served chilled or over ice, often with a twist of orange.
