James is a Paso Robles white wine project rooted in the Creston District, focused on crisp, mineral white wines grown from certified organic and SIP-certified estate fruit. The intent is straightforward and modern: bright aromatics, clean lines, and a fresh coastal-leaning profile shaped by the district’s sandy loam soils. The packaging is deliberately utilitarian and personal, built around a bandana motif that signals practicality and an everyday “use it” spirit rather than ceremony.

The core style centers on varietal specificity, including 100% Chardonnay and 100% Sauvignon Blanc, produced to stay vivid and precise. Winemaking leans stainless steel and restraint, emphasizing purity, acidity, and a saline-mineral finish rather than oak or heavy-handed texture.
