Lagoon Bay is a modern apéritif created by our own Brandon Crisler and true Viking Kristján Ólafsson, built to make blue drinks look and taste intentional. It is an Aperol-style, bitter-orange-forward apéritif with a crisp backbone and a smooth finish, designed specifically to replace “tiki-blue” shortcuts with something genuinely cocktail-minded. Lagoon Bay is made with high-proof wheat spirit, European sugar and whole botanicals, delivering bright citrus, clean bitterness and a vivid blue that turns classic apéritif builds into a visual signature.

The positioning is simple: make apéritif drinks blue, and make blue drinks sophisticated. It thrives in Spritz culture, coastal and resort environments, ski destinations, tropical programs, and craft cocktail bars that want color without sacrificing credibility.
