Laird & Co. is the standard-bearer for America’s original native distilled spirit: Applejack. The Laird family has produced apple spirits in New Jersey since 1698, with the first recorded commercial sale dating to 1780, and the company is recognized as the nation’s oldest licensed distillery. The range stays focused on apple, from classic Applejack to straight and blended apple brandies, all built around a core idea that apple distillate can be as serious, structured and versatile as any brown spirit.

Today, the brand remains family-led, anchored by ninth-generation executive vice president Lisa Laird Dunn, with the 10th generation now continuing the legacy.
