Rotari is a mountain sparkling house producing Trento DOC, or "Trentodoc," traditional method wines from hillside vineyards north of Trento in Italy's Alto Adige region. Made in the traditional bottle-fermented method, Rotari is built primarily on Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, with a style defined by alpine freshness, fine mousse, and a mineral, dry finish that stays composed on its own and at the table.

The intent is classic structure with modern precision: fruit picked for acidity and line, careful base-wine selection, and patient lees aging that adds texture and subtle bread-and-spice complexity. Rotari is a serious alternative to entry Champagne tiers and a strong step-up from Charmat method sparkling, delivering depth, clarity, and consistency in a format that performs across apéritif service, events, and food-forward programs.
