Vya Vermouth

Vya Vermouth is the Quady family’s aromatized-wine project, created by Andy and Laurel Quady with a winemaker’s attention to balance, aftertaste, and botanical intent. Built on a carefully composed wine base and infused with a deep selection of herbs and spices, Vya was designed to make Vermouth feel more natural to American palates: aromatic, expressive, and easy to use generously in cocktails without becoming harsh or overly bitter.

The lineup spans both Sweet and Dry styles, each built for classic cocktail structures while remaining appealing on its own, served over ice with a citrus twist. Vya is Vermouth that behaves like a feature, not a supporting actor.
