Looking Forward MARCH 2026

Greeting from Trellis Wine & Spirits! Spring is springing, vines are going through budbreak in the Northern Hemisphere, and the beginnings of a new year's economy are starting to take shape. This is Conference Season in national accounts, with many concepts hosting their annual leadership gatherings. In the past month, Mark & Brandon have attended conferences for Landry's, Fogo De Chão, Dave & Busters, and more (with several more on the schedule for March). We have heard C-suite officers give their predictions for what 2026 has in store, and the overwhelming mood is one of optimism for growth in dining and in the beverage category on-premise. The powers that be are bullish for the year and are beginning to see positive signals as they adjust their plans to the realities of the marketplace. Accounts like P.F. Chang's are adding numerous new varieties and price points to their wine & spirits menus after years of chasing value and high retail exposure brands. Luxury & high-volume hospitality groups like Alila, EDITION, Gaylord, Auberge resorts, Montage resorts, and Pendry hotels are implementing new menus or creating new national programs for the first time ever. Regional & boutique dining groups are emerging into the national accounts space. Entertainment concepts like Golf Entertainment Group, Flight Club, and PLAY are solidifying their programs for national expansion.

At Trellis, we are approaching all these new opportunities with optimism. We are proud to represent venerable producers like you in this space, and looking forward to a rosy future in the national on-on premise channel.
