Looking Forward OCTOBER 2026

HELLO!


We are officially in OND! Not only is it the “Holiday” season and the start of Fall, but it is also one of the busiest times of the year for RFPs. As you can see below we are actively engaging with a wide variety of concepts and their decision makers. This says a couple of things to me.


1) On-Premise is continuing to look to innovate, create, and evolve to ensure they are meeting the interests and demands of their customers.


2) On-Premise is continuing to look bright, with new openings scheduled for the rest of this year and a host of new openings in the first half of 2027. This growth is driven by the continued demand to dine out. We also continue to hear from decision makers wanting to see ‘not the usual’ items and looking for creative approaches to engage and excite their current customers and bring in new ones.


3) I am reading a number of reports that say the growth in GLP-1 usage is not changing people’s desire to eat out. Yes, they are looking for fewer calories and more proteins, but also high quality and some value too. Specials and exciting promotions, are driving traffic into restaurants and bars. Additionally, business travelers are still on the road; staying in hotels, drinking and eating at the bar and taking customers out for corporate dinners. With the current cost of international travel more people and families are traveling within the U.S., staying in hotels, lodges, and resorts and indulging in experiences around their destinations.


Despite all the harsh and negative news, keep the faith that the on-premise is alive, well, and growing. If we have not already, let’s schedule a time to talk about all these opportunities in front of us.
